Deliveries |
Flowers To Be delivers to most populated areas of Australia. If you request
delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered by us, you will
be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of
your order. A delivery charge of $18.00 applies to populated areas within
Australia. Deliveries within Sydney is Free.
Orders are delivered:
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturdays
We will process orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next
working day.
Same day delivery is normally possible on all orders received no later
than 10 AM (AEST) Monday to Saturdays. We will try to achieve same day
delivery on orders received after this time but are not able to guarantee
this. In such an event orders will be delivered the following working
day.
For AM delivery, orders must be received the day prior to delivery. We
cannot guarantee AM deliveries but will do our best if AM delivery is
requested in the special instructions box.
If in the case we encounter problems with delivering your order we shall
contact you as soon as practicable either by phone (if in Australia) or
by email. Please ensure that you give us full contact details when placing
your order so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems
are encountered.
If you have given us the wrong delivery address we may have to charge another
fee to deliver again. If the recipient is not there when we deliver order,
unless you have advised us otherwise, flowers will be returned to shop from
where they can be collected. We may have to charge another delivery fee
if you require a second delivery.

Cancellations |
To amend or cancel your order, please contact us. Orders may be amended
or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. If sufficient
notice is given we will credit your account fully minus a $10 administration
fee. No refund given after the flowers have been dispatched.

Flowers & Prices |
While we aim to match the arrangements pictured on this site to your order,
this is not always possible due to seasonal factors and availability of
materials. This can cause a slight variation on the appearance of the final
product. In the interests of providing you with the best possible floral
delivery Flowers To Be may substitute one or more items of equal or greater
value. Pictures should be used as a guide only. The photos do not necessarily
depict the smallest price category for each arrangement.
